By downloading, accessing, or using Rise ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Rise is operated by Tracy Andrus Enterprises.

2. Description of Service

Rise is a digital re-entry support platform offering AI-powered guidance, job search tools, community support, journaling, and inspirational resources for individuals navigating life after incarceration. The App is the official digital companion to The Comeback Blueprint by Dr. Tracy Andrus, PhD.

3. Premium Subscriptions

• ·Rise Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) subscription.
• ·Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• ·You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• ·Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.
• ·Purchasers of The Comeback Blueprint book may be eligible for 6 months of free premium access.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

The AI assistant ("Ask Tracy") provides general guidance and information based on Dr. Tracy Andrus's background and methodology. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that significantly impact your life.

5. Community Guidelines

By participating in the Community Board, you agree to:

• ·Not post content that is threatening, harassing, or promotes illegal activity
• ·Not share personally identifying information about others
• ·Not impersonate Dr. Tracy Andrus or Rise staff
• ·Treat all community members with respect and dignity

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Crisis Resources

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or call 911 for emergencies. Rise is not a crisis intervention service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Rise — including Dr. Andrus's story, methodology, training materials, and the "Ask Tracy" persona — is the intellectual property of Tracy Andrus Enterprises. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from Rise without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rise and Tracy Andrus Enterprises are not liable for any outcomes resulting from actions taken based on App content or AI responses. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
